In consideration of use of the exercise equipment provided by Kinetic Bench and Geoffrey Finnigan, the purchaser expressly agrees that the insurers, agents, employees, officers, directors, associates, contractors and the owners of Kinetic Bench Inc premises and their contractors, agents successors and assigns are hereby released from and shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal use of the equipment.
