I. Dumbbell Holder
The Kinetic Bench's dumbbell holders are enhanced with a reinforced base for superior strength and durability, providing a stable platform and a comfortable, smooth edge for the user's wrists. A thick rubber matting on the dumbbell holders serves multiple purposes:

II. Adjustable Arm Height

III. Backstop
The backstop aligns parallel to the arms in their disengaged state, remaining unobtrusive yet accessible. A key improvement is a rubber damper that absorbs force, ensuring a quieter, smoother workout and reducing wear and tear.
